Have you ever had thought about receiving a microblading training or starting a career in the permanent makeup field? If so, lets talk about if microblading is the right career path for you.

The first thing you want to think about is the reasoning behind your interest in this career path. Is it the money? Is it the artistry? Are you just looking for something knew? These are all good reasons but let's break a few down a few great reasons you should take a microblading training! (PSA I would like to say these reasons are my personal opinions.)

Yes the money in the permanent makeup and specifically microblading field is great but that should not be the main reason you get into this industry! I believe the main reason you should take a microblading training is for your interest in the art of microblading. This is such an interesting and amazing technique and that alone should intrigue you! There is so much to learn and develop as a microblading artist so I believe the main reasoning to take a microblading training should just be your overall interest in the procedure itself.

The next reason I want to discuss is one that might be controversial to some people but I believe should be a large factor to consider if you are interested in taking a Microblading Training. It is the mere fact that you need to enjoy socializing with people! A big reason why I personally started down this field was because I just loved talking and socializing with people And the idea of being able to talk to people all day and getting to know them is really what drew me to this industry! You have to be comfortable socializing and talking to people in this industry because it will help immensely with not only gaining clientele but also retaining it.

The last topic I want to talk about is the money aspect. Quite frankly no matter how much you love a job, if you are not making the income you would like, you will not stay there forever. The huge benefit with the permanent makeup industry is it is lucrative and even though it should not be the only or sole reason to take a microblading course it should be one of the reasons! No, this is not a get rich quick scheme so you are going to have to work hard but I will promise in return you will receive the income you want or need.

Taking a microblading training was personally one of the best decisions I have ever made in my entire life and I recommend it to everybody! But before you book that training, take a step back and think about your reasoning for doing it then JUST DO IT.
